When the testosterone hormone is modified with added double bond at the carbon one and two position, it results in a unique compound that’s less androgenic, but more anabolic than test.

Further, the addition of a methyl group at the 17th Carbon position completes the structural modification and gives us Dianabol.

The general consensus on the internet is to start with a 50mg/day dose. But that’s a high dose even by professional bodybuilding standards.

Side effects will be a given at that dose and managing them will be more challenging, especially if you are a first time user.

Start with 10-15mg/day for your first cycle. Only if you can manage that dose and are not satisfied with the results, should you consider increasing this to 20-25mg/day.

That’s the highest that any recreational steroid user should use. If you feel great at 25mg/day and are an outlier who doesn’t experience any of the side effects, then you can consider increasing it to 50mg/day in your next cycle.

There’s a lot of debate surrounding the ideal time for your dose. Some people believe that due to the extremely short half-life, it would be more beneficial to split the dose into multiple doses and take it throughout the day.
