Bonus and Custom points not working at all 5 months, 2 weeks ago #20425

When I try to add bonus or custom points, it does not work. The Bonus points actually deducts points, not sure why. Custom points doesn't do anything. I have the most current version

make sure that you have customized and enabled rules.
