Hello,

We have now nearly our Alphauserpoints up and running on our new web site and we wanted to test the Avatar upload.

It is uploading the Avatar OK, we can do the Avatar resizing but after saving the
re-sizer is still on the web page and can't be removed - we have tried several times to re-size again and save but it is still there.

Please help us out by getting the re-sizer to work properly or worse case remove it.

I have attached a screen dump from where you can see the Re-sizer hanging in the page.

This is a normal function. This feature appears always on the profile page.

The way it appears looks for me that there is something wrong with the re-sizer. It is down in the Basic Information. If this really are the way it shall be I would like to remove it.

How can I remove it?

You can disabled : set up the menu linked to profile.

Sorry for using your time on this. I should have seen that it is possible to remove the re-sizer in the Menu Item.

So this solved the issue.
