I set the rule to assign a 1000 points and a new level of access when the user was up to 10000 points. And 'success, however, that every time the user, once it reaches 10000 points, was entering the site or did something on the site were credited 1000 points. I removed the crediting of points, but nothing has changed .... Alphauser 1000 continues to assign points to that user even after I changed the settings. What can I do?
