Hi folks, I have published (yes) the inactive user rule, and set to 30 days, but didn't add any expiration date. It's all 0000-00-00 00:00:00. Also not automatic approval.
What happens is that the subtraction point to be approved, just shows after a user log-in (come back to the site), so if an user comes back after 133 days and log-in, it shows to approved the "30 days" inactive use.
IMHO, I thought by setting without expiration date, it would get each member the last visit day, count 30 days and subtract the point after every 30 days, and keep doing that always ever 30 days.
If I set the expiration date, won't count any longer the inactive user or it serves to the rule get to start counting every 30 days?
A better info will be appreciated.
